Flavor on the Water has a private room available to rent for $150 + HST. The Kavanagh Room is located just off the main Flavor on the Water restaurant.

Flavor on the Water, the flagship restaurant, of the Flavor Restaurant Group is located in the Sydney Waterfront District. It is found in the Joan Harriss Cruise Pavilion next to the "Big Fiddle" on the new beautifully designed harbour side boardwalk. Locally owned and operated with a focus on local products and contemporary cuisine.   We specialize in local seafood but are also known for our unique vision of contemporary comfort food.

In the summer of 2007, Scott & Karry were drawn home to Cape Breton where they started teaching within the Cape Breton Victoria District School Board. As the year progressed, they began to pursue their dream of opening a restaurant in Cape Breton. Scott used his experience and knowledge to design the menu and concept for Flavor, while Karry used her keen eye creativity to design and decorate the interior of the restaurant. Scott & Karry have traveled extensively throughout France, Italy and Greece learning about the various wine regions of Europe, traditional European dishes, and, the style of bistro that has shaped Flavor into what it is today.

Sandwich of the Month
Pecky's Friend "Little Bear" needs our help to get a new house built for him at the Two Rivers Wildlife Park. In February we will be  supporting "Little Cub" through our Monthly Charity Sandwich Fundraiser.
The Wild Life Park is building a "house" for Little Bear so he can live at the park. They found him on the highway wandering around and they nursed him back to health.
The Wildlife Park needs to raise $40,000 to build a Cub House.

Chef Jillian MacLellan created a club house sandwich to promote as Flavor's Monthly Charity in February.

This club house sandwich has thick cut grilled sourdough, honey, garlic and cracked pepper may, shredded lettuce, plum tomato, bacon jam, melted cheddar and mozzarella with sliced chicken breast.
$2 from every sandwich sold will go towards the charity
